Keith Poulin, MSPT/ Director of Rehab Services
Keith graduated from The University of Massachusetts Lowell in 1998 with a master of science in physical therapy. His background includes working in the outpatient orthopedic/sport, private practice, aquatic, inpatient acute and homecare settings. Keith has a special interest in treating post-surgical orthopedic and sports injuries. He also enjoys teaching and clinical mentorship. Keith has 9+ years experience in management in the outpatient setting. In his spare time, Keith enjoys coaching youth baseball, football and soccer.

Ted Chen, PT, MSPT
Clinic Manager
Ted graduated from Boston University in 2001 with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Ted previously worked as an Inpatient therapist for 7 years and now practices in outpatient treating predominantly those with neurological diagnoses. He has a special interest in treating Vestibular and balance disorders and patients with Parkinson's disease. In his spare time, Ted enjoys playing volleyball and working on small projects for his house.
MaryAnn Covelle, PT
I received my Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut. Throughout my college years, I volunteered and then worked at an Easter Seals camp that provided recreation for adults and children with physical and mental disabilities. My experience in Physical Therapy has included inpatient acute rehab, outpatient, home care and aquatic therapy. Currently I work in the therapy pool at New England Rehabilitation Hospital and aquatic is one of my main clinical interests. In my spare time, I enjoy camping with my family, reading, cooking and playing softball.
Laura Donigan, PT, DPT
Laura graduated from University of Massachusetts Lowell with a bachelor of science in exercise physiology in 2008. Directly following undergraduate school, Laura went on to graduate from the physical therapy doctoral program in 2011. During this time she was the treasurer of the physical therapy club. Through her schooling she has experience with neurological inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. Laura's primary interests are neurological rehabilitation of stroke, vestibular dysfunction, concussion, and balance dysfunction. Laura is Bioness L300 trained and certified. In her spare time she is involved in her local church, plays soccer and tennis, enjoys hiking and doing triathlons, and plays the flute and piano.
Kerri Lento, PTA
Graduated from North Shore Community College in 2008 with an associate degree from their Physical Therapy Assistant program. Past work experiences include sports and orthopedic injuries on land and in an aquatic setting. Kerri has also worked with a pediatric population for 2 years in Everett and Chelsea schools. Since joining New England Rehabilitation, Kerri is increasing knowledge and skills working in the neurological rehab setting on land and aquatic. Kerri is certified Reiki I and is working to complete her aquatic certification. In her spare time, enjoys coaching youth sports, horseback riding, gardening and reading.
Stefanie Wolfe, MS, CCC-SLP
Stefanie graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor in Communication Disorders in 2006. She obtained her Master of Science in Speech and Language Pathology from Emerson College in 2009. Stefanie's background is in Outpatient Neurological Rehabilitation. Her experience includes treatment of TBI, CVA, voice disorders, dysphagia as well as progressive neurological disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's Disease. Stefanie was chosen to participate as a lead clinician for constraint-induced language therapy research during her time in graduate school. In her spare time, Stefanie enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her dog.
Linda Gallagher, PT
Linda graduated from Boston University in 1971 with a bachelor of science in physical therapy. Linda has practiced for 38 years in the outpatient setting. Linda's background includes working in the areas of pediatric & child development, OB gyn, and spine rehab. Linda currently practices in the outpatient orthopedic department at NERH. In her spare time, Linda enjoys running, hiking and biking.
Stacy McDonough, MSPT
Stacy graduated from Springfield College in 1999 with a master of science in physical therapy. Stacy's background includes inpatient rehab and outpatient neurological rehab settings. She has served as a Clinical Leader and CCCE. Stacy is the clinic coordinator for NERH's Wheelchair and Prosthetic Clinics. She has special interest in treating those with spinal cord injury and Guillain Barre syndrome. Stacy was awarded the title of Clinical Specialist in 2008. In her spare time, Stacy enjoys hiking and reading.
Myriam Moser, PT, DPT, CSCS
Myriam graduated from Tufts University with a bachelor of science in biology in 2003 and from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008. Her background experience includes working as an inpatient rehab therapist and coaching sprinters. Professionally, Myriam's primary interests are orthopedics and sports injuries, but she is also involved in treating balance dysfunction, amputation and stroke. She speaks Spanish and conversational Hebrew. In her spare time, Myriam is involved in her local church, teaches high school biology, and plays musical instruments.
Marcia Rodriguez, OTR/L
Graduated with a BS in Occupational Therapy from Boston University, Sargent College of Allied Health Professions. Over 25 years of clinical experience, primarily in an Outpatient setting, with interest and expertise in neurological conditions, especially Stroke Rehabilitation. Provide functionally based clinical focus utilizing specialized technologies as indicated. Trained in Bioness H200, Saebo Functional Dynamic Orthoses, and Myomo Upper Limb Orthoses. Clinical experience also includes assessment and treatment of general orthopedic conditions, pain management and aquatic therapy. Marcia is also fluent in Spanish. Personal interests include reading, walking for fitness, entertaining family and friends and relaxing by the ocean.
Jane Tahmoush, PT
Jane graduated from The University of Connecticut in 1976 with a bachelor of science in physical therapy. Jane has practiced for 33 years in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Jane has a special interest in treating the geriatric population and those with spine dysfunction. In her spare time, Jane enjoys quilting.
Emma Barnard, PT, DPT
Emma graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Through her education, Emma has experience in Inpatient Neurological rehabilitation. Her primary clinical interests lie in pediatric growth and development as well as rehabilitation following strokes and brain injuries. When Emma is not working, she is involved with her local church, enjoys running, knitting, cooking and playing the piano.
Allison Buckley, PT, DPT
Allison graduated from University of Hartford with a BS in Health Sciences. She then went onto the graduate from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Allison's clinical experience includes acute post-operative care, orthopedics and neurological rehab. Allison has a particular interest in treatment of patients with Parkinson's Disease and Stroke. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, hiking and dancing.
Lynn McConachie, OTR/L
Lynn graduated from St. Josephs University with a BS in Psychology and from New York University with a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy. Lynn's clinical experience includes working as an inpatient rehab therapist in Washington DC. Lynn has a particular interest in treating those with brain injury, stroke and upper extremity dysfunction. While not working, Lynn enjoys baking, traveling, hiking, yoga and playing volleyball.

Debra MacNeil, MSPT / Clinic Manager
Debra graduated from Simmons College in 1992 with a master of science in physical therapy. Deb has been practicing for 16 years in the outpatient setting. Deb has an extensive background treating orthopedic and sports medicine populations. She has a special interest in spine rehabilitation. In 1997, Deb was published in the Journal of Physical and Occupational Therapy in Pediatrics. In her spare time, Deb enjoys golfing and spending time with her family.
Pamela Vecchione, PT
Pamela graduated from Boston University in 1975 with a bachelor of science in physical therapy. Pam has been practicing for greater than 35 years in a variety of settings. Pam has been a part of the NERH for 20 years. She has special interest in treating post-operative orthopedic conditions. In her spare time, Pam enjoys skiing, tennis, playing bridge and cooking.
Maureen O'Brien, PTA
Maureen graduated from Lasell College in 1981 with an associates degree from their physical therapy assistant program. Maureen has over 29 years of clinical experience, working in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. She has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting for the past 17 years. Maureen has a special interest in working with the geriatric population.
Minda Hosker, PTA
Minda graduated from Newbury College in 1989 with an associates degree from their physical therapy assistant program. She has over 21 years of clinical experience working in the outpatient setting. Minda has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting since joining NERH in 1992. She has special interest in treating orthopedics, sports medicine, and geriatric populations. In her spare time, Minda enjoys coaching youth sports, reading, skiing, camping and traveling.
Robert Corliss, PTA
Bob graduated from Newbury college in 1982 with an associates degree from their physical therapy assistant program. He has over 28 years of clinical experience working in the outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting. Bob has a special interest in manual therapy and has extensive experience with Myofascial techniques. In his spare time, Bob enjoys yardwork and camping.

David Kaliton, MSPT
David graduated from Boston University in 1998 with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy. David has been a licensed physical therapist for 12 years, working in the outpatient orthopedic and research settings. He has special interest in treating patients with sports and orthopedic injuries. David has participated in many clinical research projects dealing with gait, balance and strength training. He has been included in several peer reviewed articles. In his spare time, David enjoys running, cycling and weightlifting.
Kasey Foley, DPT
Kasey graduated from Northeastern University in 2005 with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy. In 2008, she completed the transitional DPT program at Northeastern University. Kasey has experience working with sports and orthopedic injuries and enjoys treating high school athletes and dancers. In her spare time, Kasey enjoys traveling, dancing, music, reading and Pilates.
Joana Ingram, MSPT Joana graduated from American International College in 2001 with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Joana has been a licensed therapist for 9 years, working exclusively in the outpatient setting. She has special interest in treating patients with sports-related injuries and orthopedic dysfunction. Joana is a certified Workwell Functional Capacity Examination Provider and has extensive experience in Industrial Rehabilitation. In 2009, Joana achieved the title of Resource Clinician with NERH. Joana is fluent in Portuguese. In he spare time, Joana enjoys playing various sports, reading and spending time with her family.
Kimberly Nuttal, PTA
Kim graduated from Northshore Community College's Physical Therapy Assistant Program in 2004. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiology from The University of Western Ontario, Canada. Kim has been a health/fitness professional since 2004 with expertise in strength and conditioning with an emphasis on core strengthening. Kim has a special interest in orthopedics and geriatric rehabilitation. In her spare time, Kim enjoys running, strength training, reading, and going to the beach.
